Inspired by her own struggles with cancer, high cholesterol, and chronic inflammatory diseases, Tanya has dedicated herself to helping others on their journeys to be their healthiest selves and to free themselves from chronic disease and reliance on prescription medications.
At 30 years old, Tanya had her first cholesterol test with a shocking 300+ result. After 6 months of moderate dietary changes, her primary care physician recommended a statin medication.
By 35, in addition to suffering from reduced muscle recovering and memory loss as a result of regular use of a statin med, she was 40 pounds overweight, suffering from rheumatoid arthritis, and chronic rhinitis.
Missing her active lifestyle and feeling frustrated by the increasing cost and side effects of her medications, Tanya sought to drastically improve her health. At 38, she lost her father to chronic illness. Watching him waste away for over a year, fueled her fire even more.
In her mid-forties, she’s healthier than she was in her mid-twenties living an active lifestyle with her husband, horses, and extra large dogs in gorgeous middle Tennessee.
Her greatest joy is using her own story to inspire others to seek a healthier and more fulfilling lifestyle!
