I wanted to take a little break today and share a little health humor with you! We’re also a little over a month into the Love Your Body Challenge, so we’re due for a check in!
Challenge Check In
First, if you haven’t already signed up for the challenge, hop on over to the challenge page and join us! It’s not too late!
I’ve had a huge non-scale victory. I’m back riding my horse! It’s been hard getting active again after my brown recluse spider bite, but I’m getting there.
Here’s my progress so far:
Date | 10/1/2021 | 11/7/2021 |
Weight | 191.5 | 188.7 |
Bust Size | 40″ | 39″ |
Waist Size | 34.5″ | 33.5″ |
Hip Size | 43″ | 43″ |
Thigh Size | 25.5″ | 24.5″ |
Arm Size | 12.5″ | 12.5″ |
It might not seem like much, but I’ve been stuck at 191-190 for two months, so to get the scale moving is a big deal!
How are you doing?
A Little Health Humor
Here are a few of favorite things I’ve learned as a health coach:
- Dark chocolate can ease PMS symptoms. Who doesn’t want permission to eat chocolate?!?!?
- Farts without cramps are good for you, so keep tooting.
- Healthy poop is important to your health, so be 4-year-old and talk about your poop.
- Laughter really is the best medicine, so enjoy some health humor on Pinterest.

Some Inspiration
I love the video I’m about to share with you. I actually attended the live event in Nashville, and I’ve watched the recording on YouTube at least 20 times.
We underestimate the power of joy in our lives and our health! Take a little time to watch this and really absorb what he’s saying.
Now… Become a joymonger! It’s good for your health!
