What does your body feel like when it’s hungry? What does your body feel like when it gets the foods it wants? How does your body feel when you get enough sleep and exercise? How does your body feel if you eat too much or eat foods it doesn’t want?
You deserve to invest in yourself! Get a journal and start writing down what you eat and drink and how your body responds. Write down how much sleep you get and how it makes you feel. Your worth it!
