First, let me apologize for my absence last week. My horse colicked. I spent half the day trying to get a vet out to treat him, and the other half of the day treating/monitoring him. After that my energy and my emergency fund were both depleted!
I first encountered Dan Buettner and the Blue Zones study during my training as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. I recently read The Blue Zones: 9 Lessons for Living Longer From the People Who’ve Lived the Longest, and I highly recommend this book (and the additional information on the Blue Zones website) for anyone who wants to be healthy without dieting and living in the gym.
