We’ve explored nutrition (secondary foods) and the primary foods physical activity, relationships, spirituality, and career. Today, we take a few minutes to rest and reflect.

First, measure your waist. If you’re tracking weight and taking pictures, do that too. My waist is currently 32.5″ and my weight is 194. My waist is down a half an inch, and my weight is the same.

Then, take some time to reflect on the challenge so far. Remember that a big part of getting healthy is getting to know your body and learning to listen to what it needs and what it doesn’t need. It’s also about understanding primary foods and how they effect our health.

We’ve covered a lot of ground, so it’s important to take some time to process it all. Here are a few questions to explore:

  • On a scale of 1-10, how do I feel about my diet?
  • What is one thing I’d like to improve in my diet?
  • On a scale of 1-10, how do I feel about my physical activity?
  • What is one thing I’d like to improve in my physical activity?
  • On a scale of 1-10, how do I feel about my relationships?
  • What is one thing I’d like to improve in my relationship?
  • On a scale of 1-10, how do I feel about my career?
  • What is one thing I’d like to improve in my career?

Last but not least, celebrate! You’re two-thirds of the way through the challenge. Just 10 more days to go!
