Sometimes life throws you a curveball. As much as we would like our health journeys to be a straight lines to perfect health, life just doesn’t work that way. Things ebb and flow, and we have to roll with it.
In this week’s video I talk about my very challenging week last week from unseasonably cold temps to power outages to unexpected house guests. I contemplated skipping this week. (I was forced by power outage to skip last week!) I chose not to, because I think it’s important to see how a health coach handles life’s challenges.
The key is to prioritize self-care over productivity during those stressful times where getting through with your health and sanity in tact is more important than anything else on your to-do list.
