4 medium tomatoes
1/2 medium onion
4 cloves garlic
1 tbsp dried basil
1/2 cup almond milk
salt and pepper to taste


1. Saute onions until about half cooked. Add tomatoes, garlic, basil, salt, and pepper. Cover and simmer until cooked through.

2. Add cooked ingredients and almond milk to blender. Blend until smooth.

My two cents

This is one of my favorite recipes. It’s super simple and makes one of my favorite foods. Who doesn’t love a good cup of soup? 😀

I love, love, love tomato soup, but you’ll find that most of the tomato soups available at the grocery store are highly processed and loaded with chemicals.

I haven’t found whole food crackers I like that I can serve this with, but we’re working on it!
