For some, the holidays are a magical time of joy and family. For many of us, it’s a time of stress. Whether it’s family pressure, trying to put on a happy face through grief, or something else, it can be an emotionally taxing time, which can take a serious toll on our health.

In addition, the first week of the new year is usually jam packed with new new projects, back to school, meetings, etc. after being off and not having a schedule for a few days. I had two days of back to back meetings to kick off new projects, wrap up old projects, and meet with a group of people whose holiday schedules didn’t line up, so we were forced to meet in the new year.

My latest video shares some tips on letting go of holiday stress and dealing with the hustle and bustle of the first week of the new year. I hope your new year is off to an amazing start!
